COVID UPDATE 22nd November 2021

From Monday 22nd November, we are very pleased to announce that we are opening up to 'in clinic consultations' again!

We will though limit visitors to one person over the age of 16 years per consultation and request that you please:

  • call on arrival and wait in your car for further instructions

  • keep your phone handy so we can let you know when we are ready for you to enter the clinic

  • wear masks whilst in the clinic unless you have a medical exemption

  • scan the QR code before entering

  • maintain appropriate social distancing

  • call ahead for any medications, food or other pickups so we can ensure they are in stock and ready for you to collect - we will bring these to your car when you let us know you have arrived!

Also in case you have forgotten what it is like inside the clinic, our 'calm cat corner' is back! This is a place where all our feline friends can feel safe and relaxed whilst waiting for their consultation. We do also still have our outdoor courtyard which is great for our canine counterparts who prefer to be outside!

We thank you for your continued patience, support and understanding during these constantly changing times!
